Prospect Wines tasting, Prospect Wines tasting, Nicola Thompson writes: The tasting produced some very interesting wines and some also very
dull. Examples of the 'very
interesting' Conte Collalto - integrated flavour, no serring acidity delicate mousee

Cartizze one of the better examples. Apple peel, stewed stoned fruit with an
after taste of Lemon Sorbet an amazing long length which kept on going and is
