Prospect Wines tasting,

Prospect Wines tasting,

Nicola Thompson writes:

The tasting produced some very interesting wines and some also very
dull.

  Examples of the 'very
interesting'

Conte Collalto - integrated flavour, no serring acidity delicate mousee
and oodles of layered fruity complexity.  They have been making wine since
the 12th Century. The owner is an Italian Princess.

   Bortolotti - The
Cartizze one of the better examples. Apple peel, stewed stoned fruit with an
after taste of Lemon Sorbet an amazing long length which kept on going and is
still going.

   Bisol- Crede -
single vineyard, delicate light fluffy mousse a blend of 4 grape varieties
produced from old vines
